Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience leading technical discussions and plans.

Preferred qualifications:
- Robust technical judgment and experience guiding technical decisions and discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end.
- Excellent ability to influence without authority and drive consensus across engineering, product, and UX.
- Exceptional communication skills, articulating complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
