Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.)
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and test classes
- Build Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce pages as needed
- Configure declarative solutions using Flow, Process Builder (as applicable), and validation rules
- Create and maintain custom objects, data models, and automation workflows

Integration & API Development
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs




- Support event-driven and batch integration patterns across distributed systems
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems

Solution Design & Collaboration
- Partner with product owners and business teams to gather and refine requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
- Contribute to reusable component design and platform standardization

DevOps & Release Management
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Jenkins, Git-based workflows)
- Support release planning, testing, and deployment activities
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and best practices
- Maintain high test coverage and adhere to deployment standards

Production Support & Operational Excellence
- Provide L2/L3 support for production issues and incidents
- Troubleshoot Salesforce applications, integrations, and data issues
- Perform root cause analysis and impleme
