Lead ownership of Atlassian cloud service, ensuring the platform is secure, resilient and consistently delivers a high‑quality experience to colleagues across the organisation.
Act as the subject matter expert for Atlassian services, including Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery and Trello, providing specialist guidance and direction to technology teams and stakeholders.
Support identity and access management processes, ensuring permissions, authentication and access models operate smoothly in partnership with the IDAM team.
Resolve complex service issues and coordinate incident response across internal teams and external partners and vendors to restore service quickly and effectively.
