Your work profile

As a Senior Team Lead – Go to market / growth office within the Organization Change Management practice, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the execution engine that powers Deloitte’s Change Management business. Your work will directly influence how effectively the practice converts strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. By bringing discipline, structure, and transparency to execution, you will help leadership make timely decisions, reduce slippage, and improve predictability across the portfolio.



You will also contribute to the long‑term commercial success of the practice by supporting go‑to‑market priorities and enabling scalable growth—ensuring teams are equipped to deliver meaningful impact for clients navigating complex transformations.

As a Senior Team Lead, you will support the Organization Change Management (OCM) Growth Office by strengthening execution governance and enabling practice leadership to deliver priorities with greater predictability, speed, and focus. You will work closely with Partners, senior leaders, and delivery unit stakeholders to bring structure to complex initiatives, manage interdependencies, and create transparency across commitments, risks, and outcomes.
