Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with
strong exposure to the travel industry. The role involves end-to-end
bulk recruitment along with handling visa processing, immigration documentation
and coordination for employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment.

· Source large volumes of candidates through job
portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and walk-in drives.
- Screen resumes, conduct
preliminary interviews, and coordinate final interviews with hiring
managers.
- Prepare offer letters,
negotiate salaries, and manage joining formalities.
- Handle visa processing and
documentation procedures.
- Stay updated on visa
rules, documentation changes, and immigration guidelines.
- Coordinate onboarding
activities for recent hires,



including document verification and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records
of the employees

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism,
Hospitality Management, or MBA Preferred.
- 1–5
years of experience in bulk hiring or international recruitment,
preferably GCC, Southeast Asia & Eastern Europe.
- Strong
knowledge of international recruitment processes, visa requirements, and
overseas manpower deployment.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is
mandatory (additional languages are an advantage).
- Ability
to manage high-volume recruitment targets under tight timelines.
- Proficiency in recruitment portals, ATS,
MS Excel, and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with
attention to documentation and compliance.
- Willingness to work on bulk drives,
walk-in interviews, and extended hours when required
