Job Description
• Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow consultants;
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design customized solutions;
• Configure and customize ServiceNow platform to meet client needs;
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices;
• Ensure successful implementation and deployment of ServiceNow projects;
• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal team members;
