The project:
This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Support the project team in coordinating design activities and communicating effectively with colleagues.
- Assist in reviewing, resolving, and completing MEP design requirements while developing technical understanding.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and wider stakeholders to maintain seamless interfaces across packages.
- Help identify project risks and support the delivery of mitigation plans.




- Contribute to adopting modern methods of construction, digital tools, and prefabrication.
- Uphold Mace standards and project strategies while supporting net‑zero carbon objectives.

You’ll need to have:
- Degree qualification is essential with 5-10 years experience.
- Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
- Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
- Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
- Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
