OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
Flutter's People Analytics function is evolving rapidly as we scale our use of data, automation, and AI to support global business decision-making.

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Governance & Technology to define the governance frameworks, technology strategy,



and operating standards that underpin our global People Analytics ecosystem. This role will ensure that data, analytics, and AI capabilities are delivered responsibly, securely, and in line with evolving regulatory requirements, including GDPR, emerging AI regulations such as the EU AI Act, and Flutter's Responsible AI principles.

As a senior leader, you will shape the strategic direction of governance and technology within People Analytics, balancing innovation with risk management, regulatory compliance, and business value. You will partner closely with leaders across businesses to establish data foundations, enable responsible AI adoption, and deliver scalable, future-ready technology solutions.

You will also lead a team of governance and technology specialists, ensuring Flutter continues to operate at the forefront of data governance, AI governance, and responsible innovation.
