Hiring: ServiceNow Senior CSM + Custom App Developer

We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Senior CSM + Custom App Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service Management and custom application development. If you enjoy building customer-centric solutions and scalable apps, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance CSM modules (Case Management, Accounts, Contacts, Entitlements, SLAs)

• Build custom applications using App Engine / scoped apps

• Work on workflow automation, scripting, and UI (Service Portal / Workspace)

• Handle integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and OAuth

• Ensure customer-centric design aligned with CMDB/CSDM

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of total experience

• Minimum 5+ years in ServiceNow development (mandatory)

• Strong experience in CSM modules and custom app development

• Expertise in scripting, UI development, and integrations

• Valuable understanding of CMDB/CSDM
