Assistant Chief Financial Officer - Shirpur
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Qualified qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
- MBA in Finance is an advantage.

Preferred Experience
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- Experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, taxation, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CFO in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory regulations.
- Oversee general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll,



and treasury functions.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and risk management procedures.
- Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.
- Review financial policies and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Assist with investment analysis, capital expenditure evaluations, and financing activities.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders.
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the CFO.
