Roles & responsibilities
The role plays a critical part in building our brand in the digital space through the day-to-day management of KPMG Canada’s official social media channels including (but not limited to) LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram YouTube.
Community Management
- Schedule posts, monitor and respond to basic inquiries posted to official KPMG social media accounts.
- Collect and deliver insights from the social media conversation back into KPMG.
Social Media Monitoring
- Use the social media monitoring tools for the early identification of emerging industry trends, potential threats and opportunities, providing feedback and alerts.
- Collaborate with Social Media Community Coordinator on development of campaign and program-based social media monitoring reports for Canada marketers and communicators.
Research
- Scan social media communities for engagement opportunities for KPMG senior leaders.
- Skim through the competitor's social media channels and share a report highlighting the posts performance and key topics.
- Collect insights from social conversations that could be used to inform the development of engaging social media content.
Social Media Reporting
- Development of monthly analysis report within agreed timeframe and with complete accuracy
- Produce and deliver social media flash alert on a timely basis for marketers and other stakeholders
Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with Risk policies and process in content posting and response.
- Early identification of potential risk issues that may impact the KPMG brand and ensure that relevant stakeholders are immediately engaged, and appropriate response mechanisms are used.
- Ensure quality standards and guidelines are being properly and consistently adhered to.
