We are seeking an experienced IT Application Technical Support Specialist to provide technical and functional support for critical business applications used across Sales, Marketing, and Legal functions.
This role will support and maintain systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, OneTrust, DocuSign, TeamMate+, Fenergo, and other related applications. The ideal candidate will handle application maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration, release deployments, performance monitoring, and user assistance. Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Maintenance
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for applications within Sales, Marketing, and Legal domains including:
Dynamics 365 CRM, OneTrust, DocuSign, TeamMate+, Fenergo.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents, service requests, and performance issues.
- Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate fixes with internal
