- Formulation Development:
- Design and develop formulations for tablets, capsules, and other OSD forms.
- Execute development batches and scale-up activities for regulated markets.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare and review technical documents like BMR, BPR, PDR, MFC, and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal SOPs.
- Technology Transfer:
- Coordinate with production and QA teams to transfer developed formulations to the shop floor.
- Research & Optimization:
- Conduct experiments to improve drug stability, bioavailability, and efficacy.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on formulation performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with analytical, regulatory, and procurement teams to support product development
