- Develop and execute comprehensive inventory management strategies to balance service levels with inventory cost optimization.
- Lead end-to-end demand planning and supply planning processes, utilizing advanced forecasting models and ERP systems.
- Monitor and analyze inventory turnover ratios, carrying costs, safety stock levels, and obsolescence rates; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align inventory planning with seasonal demand, promotional cycles, and new product launches.
- Drive cost control initiatives by identifying and eliminating waste, reducing overstock, and improving inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation.
- Partner with procurement and logistics to optimize replenishment cycles, reduce lead times, and improve supplier performance.
- Prepare and present detailed KPIs and performance reports on inventory accuracy, fill rates, forecast accuracy, and cost savings to senior management.
- Implement and maintain inventory control policies, SOPs,



and compliance frameworks in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance inventory visibility and planning precision.
- Mentor and develop a team of inventory planners and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CSCP certification is a plus.
- 2–5 years of progressive experience in inventory management, supply planning, or cost control within the FMCG, food, or beverage industry.
- Proven expertise in demand and supply planning, with solid proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
