- Blue Yonder, a leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions software company, is seeking a Director of Engineering – Java Full Stack (React) to lead strategic product development initiatives.
- This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, driving the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native, full-stack applications. You will lead multiple engineering teams and play a critical role in shaping next-generation Warehouse Management and Supply Chain solutions, enabling seamless logistics in an evolving e-commerce landscape.

What you’ll do:
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for multiple Java Full Stack engineering teams (30+ engineers through managers/leads).
- Define and drive architecture vision for scalable, resilient cloud-native and AI-enabled applications.
- Lead development of modern SaaS platforms integrating Generative AI capabilities to enhance user experience, automation, and decision intelligence.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering (e.g., Copilot, code generation, automated testing).
- Design and implement AI-powered features such as intelligent recommendations, conversational interfaces, and predictive insights in supply chain products.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery from planning through production, including AI model lifecycle management (LLMOps).
- Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy, model explainability, and governance.
