Accountabilities
- Own and evolve the overall Talent and People strategy,



ensuring the organization has the structure, processes, and capabilities needed to support continued growth.
- Lead company-wide talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and recruiting operations while improving hiring quality, speed, and predictability.
- Manage and develop the recruiting team, creating scalable processes to support hiring across multiple functions and regions.
- Personally support executive and leadership-level hiring initiatives, including improving interview processes, candidate experience, and evaluation frameworks.
- Build and maintain scalable people operations systems covering onboarding, offboarding, documentation, policies, and employee support.
- Create a strong employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring teams have clarity around roles, responsibilities, reporting structures, and expectations.
