Potentiam is looking for a Data & Campaign Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end flow of prospect data supporting Marketing and BDR activities.

The role is responsible for extracting, cleaning, enriching, validating, segmenting, and importing company and contact data into HubSpot from external databases and research sources. It also supports prospect list creation for marketing campaigns and automated LinkedIn outreach.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or Microsoft Dynamics, and be comfortable managing imports, field mapping, segmentation, company/contact records, and data quality.

Beyond day-to-day execution, we're looking for someone who can continuously improve processes by identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation, AI, workflow improvements, and better use of CRM and spreadsheet functionality.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Extract company and contact data from approved databases, research platforms, and online sources.
- Clean, standardize, enrich, validate,



and format prospect data for CRM and campaign use.
- Verify key data fields including company details, contact information, job titles, seniority, LinkedIn profiles, and campaign status.
- Identify and remove duplicate, incomplete, outdated, or poor-fit records.
- Prepare and import data into HubSpot (or other CRM systems) with accurate field mapping and record associations.
- Maintain high-quality company and contact records within the CRM.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, geography, company size, decision-maker level, and campaign criteria.
- Segment prospect lists for email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound marketing campaigns.
- Create, upload, manage, and maintain prospect lists for automated LinkedIn outreach platforms (e.g., Zeekeo).
