We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our finance, taxation, accounts and administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial management, tax compliance, and administrative functions. This role is crucial to ensuring the company’s financial health and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, general ledger, accounting records,



and supporting documentation for India and US entities.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, and customer billing.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, including journal entries, ledger postings, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting for business operations.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns while ensuring compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders to support audits and resolve accounting discrepancies.
