About the Team:
The Title Marketing team at JioHotstar is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for original shows and non-fiction content. The team operates in a hub-and-spoke model, working closely with internal teams such as Social, PR, Creative, Media, and Product, as well as external stakeholders including production houses, talent, and agencies.
The team focuses on building high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and viewership, while ensuring seamless execution across multiple marketing workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
This role will be responsible for executing end-to-end marketing campaigns for titles, with a solid focus on operational excellence, coordination, and delivery.
In essence, this is an execution-driven role that requires attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously. It has three key dimensions:
(i) a campaign executor capable of translating strategy into high-quality, on-ground and digital execution,
(ii)



an operations-focused individual who can manage workflows, timelines, and stakeholders with rigor,
(iii) a marketing professional with a basic understanding of consumer behavior and content consumption patterns.
