ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a seasoned Integration Presales Technical Consultant with 10–12 years of hands-on experience in webMethods and enterprise integration platforms. This is a dual-track role — you will be the technical authority during the sales cycle AND an active delivery contributor. You will own the technical story in every customer conversation, craft compelling proposals,



and have the credibility to roll up your sleeves and do the actual work.

This is NOT a pure sales role. Nor is it a pure delivery role. You must be equally comfortable whiteboarding an integration architecture with a customer's CTO and configuring a webMethods trading network with their EDI team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Presales & Business Development

⸠Technical Sales Leadership: Lead the technical track of the sales cycle from discovery through contract — demos, workshops, architecture sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements.

⸠Proposal & RFP Ownership: Drive Pragma's response to RFPs, RFIs, and SOW requests for integration engagements — owning the technical sections end to end with accurate scope, estimates, and solution design.

⸠Customer Discovery: Conduct structured technical discovery with prospects to understand their current integration landscape, pain points, partner ecosystem, and future roadmap.
