We are looking for a skilled Test Engineer (TE) with robust expertise in ATE testing, SoC/IP validation, and high-speed interfaces.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & debug ATE test programs for IP and SoC devices
- Perform IP-level characterization & validation
- Execute functional testing (HSIO, DDR, vector-based testing)
- Work on ATE platforms like Advantest 93K / SMT8
- Translate functional models into production test vectors
- Collaborate with Design, DV & Product Engineering teams
- Perform debug, failure analysis & test optimization
- Support Digital and AMS (mixed-signal) testing
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (Advantest 93K / SMT8)
- Strong knowledge of digital test methodologies
- Experience with HSIO, DDR or high-speed interfaces
- Familiarity with vector translation & functional testing
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
