The impact you’ll make

The Sr. Group Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for leading and optimizing end to end supply chain operations, including demand planning, supplier capacity planning, supplier management, inventory control and logistics. This role requires driving operational excellence, building strategic supplier partnership, and enabling scalability to support business growth.
This role is responsible for developing and driving the global commodity strategy for Cables & Harness. Also lead a team of Strategic Commodity Managers to drive manufacturing ecosystem development aligning to Global commodity strategy.
The self-motivated leader will plan and supervise supplier contract management,



concluding supplier negotiations, analytically formulating, and executing comprehensive supplier management strategies based on semiconductor technology landscapes and global business environments within the commodities under the Mechanical portfolio parts.

What you’ll do

• Identify and Develop suppliers manufacturing ecosystem globally for Cables & Harness.
• Accountable for establishing a materials supply chain in globally meeting performance, cost, quality, capacity, and on-time delivery requirements of Lam Research products.
• Accountable for driving the Strategic vision for the commodity, evaluating, and sourcing suppliers and managing ongoing supplier relationships to meet organizational goals.
• Acts as point of contact for all escalations from Manufacturing Operations, Engineering Team to Supply Chain, liaison between Manufacturing Operation and Supply Chain functional organization.
