Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for residential project, including lead generation, prospect qualification, property presentations, negotiations, and closure. The role involves managing and mentoring the sales team, setting targets, tracking performance, and implementing sales strategies aligned with the company’s mission and brand positioning. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinate with marketing and project teams, and provide market insights to support pricing and product decisions. The role also includes preparing regular sales reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and representing the brand at client meetings, site visits, and promotional events.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated minimum 10 years of experience in the real estate sales industry, including end-to-end sales cycle management and client relationship building.




- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and pricing decisions.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office applications for managing pipelines and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented workplace.
- Knowledge of Hyderabad’s real estate market and local regulatory environment is highly beneficial.
