Role Summary:

The purpose of this role is to serve as a hands-on Digital Marketing and CRM
Specialist within a multinational B2B environment. The role involves managing
integrated marketing initiatives, overseeing CRM operations, and driving
effective lead management, while collaborating closely with cross-functional
teams across different regions.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Management
- Manage integrated marketing initiatives
across digital, email, content, and website channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
and provide insights for improvement.

CRM & Lead Management
- Maintain CRM data management and hygiene,
ensuring accurate records and reporting.
- Track and manage lead flow, routing, and
follow-up coordination with the sales team.
- Support lead tracking and pipeline
visibility through CRM dashboards.

Sales Enablement & Marketing Content
- Maintain marketing collateral and content
including brochures, sales decks, proposals, and other sales enablement
materials.
- Support sales enablement documentation to
help the sales team engage prospects effectively.

Reporting & Operations
