Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 15–20 associates.
- Conduct regular team huddles, one-on-one discussions, and performance reviews.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
- Manage attendance, adherence, leave planning, and workforce utilization.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of current team members.

Operational Excellence
- Ensure daily operational targets and service levels are consistently achieved.
- Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround time, and customer experience metrics.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Manage workload distribution and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies,



and regulatory requirements.

Performance Management
- Analyze team performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct coaching sessions and performance improvement plans when required.
- Drive accountability for individual and team performance metrics.
- Recognize and reward high-performing employees.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Escalate business risks and process issues proactively.
- Communicate business updates, process changes, and organizational initiatives effectively.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement
- Drive Lean and process improvement initiatives.
- Utilize data and root-cause analysis to improve efficiency and quality.
