We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Lead to manage and drive end-to-end recruitment operations. The Recruitment Lead will play a critical role in building high-performing recruitment teams, improving hiring processes, and maintaining solid relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of IT and Non-IT recruiters.
- Allocate and prioritize open positions based on business requirements.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely delivery of hiring targets.
- Conduct daily recruitment review meetings and provide guidance to the team.
- Mentor recruiters on sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and candidate engagement.
- Candidate onboarding support.
- Handle niche and leadership hiring requirements.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and client expectations.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular hiring updates, recruitment reports, and market intelligence.
- Participate in client calls and recruitment strategy discussions.
