We are hiring experienced European Cuisine Chefs for a reputed hospitality client in Vietnam. Candidates with expertise in Continental and European dishes and experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or fine dining kitchens are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present European and Continental dishes
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
Handle food preparation, cooking, and plating
Follow kitchen hygiene and food safety procedures
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations
Monitor inventory and kitchen supplies
Ensure cleanliness and organized kitchen operations

Salary:



₹43,000 – ₹47,000 INR Per Month

Requirements
2+ years of experience as a European/Continental Chef
Strong knowledge of European cuisine preparation
Experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or catering kitchens preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Basic English communication preferred
Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
