Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Role Overview:
A leading multinational organization is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Partner to support hiring across India. This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to drive end-to-end recruitment strategies, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent aligned to business priorities. The role requires strong stakeholder management, market insight, and the ability to operate in a quick-paced, matrix environment.
On a typical day you will:
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring demand and define recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support)




- Drive proactive talent pipelining and market mapping for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Ensure strong stakeholder management by providing regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including direct sourcing, LinkedIn headhunting, referrals, and agencies
- Ensure quality of hire, speed, and candidate experience across all hiring activities
- Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring prioritization
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting through the ATS (Workday or similar systems)
- Drive process compliance, governance, and data accuracy across recruitment activities
- Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring trends
- Support employer branding and hiring initiatives to enhance candidate pipeline and engagement

What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resourc
