Description
As a Business Analyst - Claims & MIS, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our technical projects. Your primary objective is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with various teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, analyze processes, and develop cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the analysis and documentation of complex business processes and requirements for claims and MIS functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement and automation.
- Design and develop efficient, scalable, and secure technical solutions to support business objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with development teams and providing clear direction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on claims and MIS domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems.
