Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) functions.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance and development.
- Implement and optimize processes in SAP, preferably SAP HANA.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and other regulatory requirements (optional but preferred).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting and audits.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years of post qualification work experience.
- Strong technical expertise in SAP, preferably SAP HANA.
- Solid understanding of General Ledger (GL) processes; knowledge of Ind AS is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in managing teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
