We are hiring Service Technicians responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining EV scooters while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to service centre processes.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose EV scooters and perform required repairs
- Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) and update WMS (Getafix)
- Communicate repair status to customers
- Repair and replace scooter components
- Maintain clean and safe service bays
- Handle invoicing and payment collection
- Follow all service centre SOPs and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Male candidates only
- Minimum 1 year experience in 2-wheeler servicing
- Basic knowledge of EV systems preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
