Financial Accounting & Reporting:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
- Prepare account reconciliations, schedules, and financial reports.
- Assist in preparation of management MIS, profitability reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.

Taxation & Compliance:
- Manage GST, TDS, Qualified Tax, PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of returns, tax payments, and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors during assessments and audits.
- Maintain compliance trackers and statutory records.

Banking & Working Capital:
- Manage banking transactions, payment processing, and fund transfers.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital requirements, and collection cycles.
- Support domestic and international payment transactions.
- Coordinate with banks for documentation, compliance, and operational requirements.

Accounts Receivable & Payable:




- Monitor collections.
- Track receivables, ageing reports, and follow-up with customers.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts periodically.

Commercial & Contract Support:
- Maintain repository of customer, vendor, NDA, subcontractor, and service agreements.
- Track commercial terms, payment milestones, renewals, and obligations.
- Assist in review and administration of commercial contracts from a finance and compliance perspective.

Payroll & Employee Finance Operations:
- Review payroll inputs and statutory deductions.
- Process employee reimbursements and expense claims.
- Coordinate with HR and payroll service providers for accurate payroll processing.

Audit & Governance:
- Coordinate statutory, tax, GST, and internal audits.
- Maintain documentation required for audits and due diligence exercises.
