Key Responsibilities:
Formulation Development
- Execute formulation development activities for tablets, capsules, and other OSD products.
- Perform pre-formulation studies and evaluate API and excipient compatibility.
- Develop prototype formulations based on product requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Optimize formulations for dissolution, stability, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of OSD dosage forms and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of QbD concepts and formulation principles.
- Familiarity with ICH, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with granulation, compression, coating, and encapsulation.
- Valuable documentation and technical writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
