Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Head to lead the Finance & Accounts function for a leading Real Estate organization. The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 10 years in the Real Estate / Real Estate Development industry, managing residential and commercial projects. The role demands robust expertise in project finance, financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, RERA compliance, taxation, treasury, fundraising, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, and Compliance functions of the organization.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, project costing, and cash flow management for residential and commercial projects.
- Manage project financing through Banks, NBFCs, Construction Finance, LRDs, NCDs, and other funding sources.




- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, escrow account management, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, board reports, and management dashboards.
- Oversee ERP-based financial systems and strengthen financial controls, governance, and audit processes.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team across corporate and project locations.
- Ensure timely financial reporting, compliance, and risk management while supporting strategic business decisions.
