About the Role

As the APAX markets continue to grow in scale and strategic importance, the L&H; Operations Insights team sits right at the heart of that momentum. In this role, you will be a key contributor to enhancing client service delivery and strengthening operational efficiency by combining deep data expertise with sharp business acumen to drive decisions that matter. From advanced validation and regulatory reporting to financial monitoring and automation, your work will have real, measurable impact across the Asia Pacific and ANZ regions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Quality & Risk Management




- Identify risks and process gaps and recommend monitoring tools and controls to strengthen governance across TA Operations, Operations Insights and Stargate or data-related projects and initiatives
- Drive data quality improvements in collaboration with enabling teams to reduce risk exposure and optimize resource utilization
- Provide audit and regulatory support by coordinating with TA Operations, Regional Relationship Managers and local or branch-level auditors

Advanced Validation & Reporting
- Manage regulatory reporting requirements for APAX and ANZ, including VAT/GST and APRA-related submissions
- Review contractual agreements and perform detailed validations related to premiums, claims and underwriting clauses for APAX and ANZ
- Prepare product-level summaries to generate actionable insights for Operations, Portfolio Management, Actuarial and Product teams
- Validate recent business deals and complex treaties, support actuarial modelling across the As
