We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end business operations across multiple restaurant outlets. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining quality and compliance standards, and driving business performance. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, streamline operational processes, and implement best practices that enhance efficiency, profitability, and service consistency while supporting business growth.

- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing standardized processes, SOPs, and quality control measures.
- Monitor key operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.

mentor, and manage outlet managers and operational teams to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, kitchen, and support teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and operational costs while minimizing wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Analyze business performance through regular MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Plan workforce requirements, monitor productivity, and support employee training and development initiatives.
