Role Summary

As a Lead Engineer - Full Stack (.NET / React), you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and evolving Staples Print's eCommerce platform.



You will architect and develop scalable full-stack solutions using .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, React with TypeScript, and cloud-native services on Azure. Part of this role involves integrating AI-backed APIs and LLM services into application workflows connecting to existing AI/ML services rather than building or owning AI models. You will mentor junior engineers, lead design and code reviews, participate in sprint planning, and collaborate across engineering, product, UX, and data teams. Success requires deep full-stack technical expertise, the ability to make sound architectural decisions, and a pragmatic approach to embedding AI-powered capabilities into production applications.
