OVERVIEW
Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Monitoring & Observability will play a key role in the engineering and management of monitoring & observability capabilities across PVH IT landscape and automated remediation solutions. The Sr.
Manager will work with business partners to understand requirements to provide robust solutions. This position is global in scope and requires a customer service focus. The Sr. Manager is responsible for enterprise monitoring & observability engineering capabilities which includes planning, installation, maintenance, configuration, performance tuning, recommendations, documentation, and supporting the Enterprise Monitoring & Observability software/hardware. The role will provide technical direction with the design, process improvements, planning, operation, service, maintenance, evaluation and testing in a multi-user information systems environment.
