Accountabilities:

The ServiceNow CMDB Developer will be responsible for designing, developing,



and maintaining robust CMDB solutions while ensuring data accuracy, governance, and seamless integration across enterprise systems. The role requires hands-on ServiceNow expertise, strong technical execution, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB solutions aligned with CSDM best practices.
- Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Implement CMDB governance processes, including data certification, reconciliation rules, and data quality improvements.
- Configure and maintain CI classes, relationships, identification rules, and reconciliation definitions.
