- What this job involves
- a. Log-in / tracking / updating Ethics cases on Ethics Portal (Navex) within 48 hours of receipt.
- b. Pre-assessment of new Ethics cases from the perspectives of JLL PnP and applicable legal provisions.
- c. Plan and execute ethics investigations under consultation.
- d. Fact finding through analysis of information available in internal, external, social databases,
forensic analysis of digital information, interview, human intelligence, reviews of PnP, related records/data.
- e. Collection and preservation of evidence and information that are relevant for logical closure of cases.
- f. Conducting investigative interview of complainant, subject employee and witnesses based on requirements, facts and evidence collected during investigation.
- g. Closely follow up with relevant members of HR and Business teams for required support, details, and documents, ensuring that ethics cases are closed within agreed timelines are met.
- h. Prepare factual and proper investigation reports for reviews by seniors.
- i. Maintain case tracker with updated details.
- j. Assessing culpability and facts/evidence to determine the root cause of substantiated ethics cases.
- k. Conduct Ethics Sessions.
- l. Prepare Ethics Mailers and Posters on relevant Ethics & Compliance topics.
