Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage and monitor end-to-end import and export operations
- Analyze processes and provide data-driven insights to resolve operational challenges
- Drive initiatives for cost optimization, timely delivery, and product quality
- Ensure compliance by preparing and validating legal and regulatory documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, brokers, agents, and shipping partners for smooth execution




- Track shipment movement and support clearance and release activities
- Stay updated on customs regulations and international trade procedures
- Prepare shipment documentation for accounting, audits, and exchange brokers.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Solid understanding of import/export processes and global trade compliance
- Knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and international logistics
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers)
- Analytical mindset to identify and solve operational issues
- Attention to detail in documentation and regulatory compliance
- Good communication skills for supplier and partner interactions (phone/email)
- Experience in cost optimization and process improvement
