Roles and Responsibilities




- Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of Ultrasound products, including potential uses, product capabilities, and customer benefits.
- Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective-based system training for customers and channel partners; monitor and report on training outcomes.
- Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment usage.
- Monitor customer installations of ultrasound products within the assigned territory/region to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain solid relationships.
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by conducting product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
- Leverage market and product knowledge to assist the sales team in developing effective sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.
