- Strong understanding of talent markets in Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume hiring under tight timelines.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions.
- Recruitment tools: Proficiency in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
