We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Warehouse Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics functions while ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for a professional with solid expertise in warehouse management, MIS reporting, and inventory optimization, along with hands-on experience managing risk mitigation and insurance claims for high-value inventory. The successful candidate will oversee warehouse operations, lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with logistics partners, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational performance.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inward and outward warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices,



and delivery documents while ensuring timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing.
- Supervise inventory storage, binning, stock movement, and dispatch activities while maintaining high accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, transporters, and third-party partners to ensure timely deliveries and optimize turnaround times.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and periodic warehouse audits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering inventory levels, order fulfillment, stock variances, operational KPIs, and warehouse performance.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead end-to-end insurance claim processes for damaged, lost, pilfered, or transit-affected inventory, including documentation, survey coordination, and claim settlement follow-up.
