Major Responsibilities
- Understand business needs and goals and devise sourcing strategy plans to create a pipeline of talent to meet business demands. Develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methodologies and incorporate diversity to candidate slates.
- Develop and maintain solid working relationships with recruitment team to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
- Build relationships with potential candidates through effective networking via email, calls and social networks. Leverage online recruiting resources, CRM in-house ATS to identify, attract, present and recruit top tier talent.



Influence candidates to see Generac as an Employer of Choice.
- Screen potential candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc. Pre-qualify candidates and develop interview slates. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need. Generate leads through direct sourcing methods.
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities. Create reports on sourcing activity and communicate any relevant market information to recruitment team.
- Support with the creation of sourcing strategies for assigned business areas, identify, and assess potential candidates and supply a steady pipeline of diverse talent for key roles
