You need to be a HODLer of these
* 4-6+ years of relevant product management experience
* At least 1 year of experience in building and creating product
strategy/roadmap.
* Robust grasp of user centered design process
* Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse
personalities
* MBA degree from a tier 1/2 business school
* Bachelo's degree in technology or engineering from a tier 1,/ school
You will be mining through these tasks
* Role is at an intersection of Payments/Banking rails and Compliance and
will need to work closely with senior product managers of these two squads.
* Manage the focus area for Fund Sources (Banks, On-Ramp Partners), KYC, AML
and overall on-ramp/off-ramp rails.
* Create a roadmap for the enhancements / addition to the product portfolio
based on extensive data crunching and clearly defined KPIs and objectives
* Responsible for delivering critical projects with crucial timelines and
significant business impact.
* Managing and executing decisions about the high-level technical
architecture, product processes / automation and UI/UX designs of the proje
