Description
As the Cluster Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and expansion in the Emerging Markets. Your primary focus will be to manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring effective sales strategies and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, identifying recent business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Emerging Markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially in sales and business development.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.




- Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance evaluations for the sales team.
- Stay updated on industry developments and share insights with the team.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance our brand presence.

Qualifications
- Minimum 30 years of age, maximum 45 years.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the GI industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong business development skills and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region for business
