As a Sr Principal Software Engineer supporting Digital Engineering Team in Bangalore, India, you will be trusted to lead our team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in multiple programming languages, web development frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms.

In this role, a typical day will include:
Technical Leadership: Collaborate with the Product team and Solution Architects to release recent features. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture. Lead the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Participate in design and sprint reviews to remove technical barriers, shape our products' direction
