Role
Role Description
IRU:
To ensure defect free supplies and receipt of export Goods (Product & Spares) and Resolve the IRU issues reported by the Distributor team
PDI: To ensure defect free vehicle supplies to Channels from Mfg./ Assembly Plant to Distributor.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of IB IRU system data.
- Collaborate with Plant, Service Managers, vendors, and other internal departments to gather technical specifications, images, and other relevant data, cross-verifying for accuracy against standard references.
- To co-ordinate with the Plant & Distributor team to assimilate information related to conformance in CKD packing.
- Support in creation of Portal login for new Distributors for Uploading/ Assigning IRU claims.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for current Distributor and Service teams on IRU processes and portal data management best practices.
