The project:
This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Support ELV delivery across the project team, coordinating seamlessly with colleagues and partners.
- Manage and resolve ELV design requirements, applying technical expertise and established project processes.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and interface points to ensure smooth integration of all packages.
- Build strong relationships with clients and design and construction teams to drive aligned delivery.




- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Embed modern methods of construction, digital practices and Mace standards while supporting net‑zero and sustainability goals.

You’ll need to have:
- Degree qualification is essential with 10-15 years experience.
- Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
- Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
- Robust communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
- Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
